Myra enjoys everything the Central Florida area has to offer…boating, beaches, long drives on country roads, nature walks, local arts and craft shows, theater, area attractions, the list goes on and on; there’s more to do than time to do it! 

Local residents are kind and friendly.  "Southern Charm" is apparent in the small communities of Winter Garden, Windermere, Oakland, Clermont and Montverde.  Let me introduce you to this area we love so passionately.  

When Myra's parents moved the family to Central Florida in 1970, Disney World was gearing up to open in 1971. Area growth exploded over these 30 plus years, but our main industry is in technology fields and tourism, with retirement still being a major draw.  Having grown up in an Air Force family, Myra found this a beautiful place to call home. 

With 2 teenage daughters, life is never dull.  Morgan is 21 and is pursuing a career in photography.  Bianca is 20, attends Valencia Community College.  Between church, school, work, and family, the Waterman women stay busy. 

Throughout all her life, Myra has always been known for her positive outlook.  Her natural energy and enthusiasm shines through in all she does.  She understands that when you put your heart into everything you do, you just get more out of life.  And for over a decade, Myra has been putting that positive spirit and energy into her career, helping others achieve their goals when it comes to the place they call home.
